Kas Medics Ltd participates in the JIBA Exhibition.
Kas Medics Ltd successfully participated in the JIBA Exhibition held on the 25th & 26th December at Diamond Jubilee Hall.
We showcased many of our products, and also conducted free tests with Roche's Accu Chek Active
We did over 270 plus tests, out of which around 14% were diebetic patients.

Kas Medics Ltd offers a variety of service contract to suit specific needs of its customers, some of the most common are mentioned below with their brief descriptions
Kas Medics Ltd warrants all products that it provides to its customers, from 1 year to 3 years, depending on the items with the clauses and conditions set out. A free maintenance is also provided on some of the equipments for the first year – a first from Kas Medics Ltd in the market.
Annual Maintenance Contract - Silver
A contract whereby a customer ties up with Kas Medics Ltd to service and support their equipments for an agreed timeframe. This contract consists of:
- Thrice a year maintenance on the equipment(s), as agreed on the contract
- 12 hour support via telephone by Kas Medics engineers
- Access to news and updates on products
- Parts are to be replaced at customers cost, Kas Medics Ltd does stock a variety of parts.
- Response time is 48 hours
Annual Maintenance Contract - Gold
A contract whereby a customer ties up with Kas Medics Ltd to service and support their equipments for an agreed timeframe. This contract consists of:
- Thrice a year maintenance on the equipment(s), as agreed on the contract
- 18 hour support via telephone by Kas Medics engineers
- Free software updates (if any) during the year to the equipment under contract
- Unlimited break-down calls to Kas Engineers
- Parts are to be replaced at customers cost, Kas Medics Ltd does stock a variety of parts.
- Response time is 36 hours
Annual Maintenance Contract - Platinum
(Coming soon on some equipments)
A contract whereby a customer ties up with Kas Medics Ltd to service and support their equipments for an agreed timeframe. This contract consists of:
- Thrice a year maintenance on the equipment(s), as agreed on the contract
- 24 hour support via telephone by Kas Medics engineers
- Free software updates (if any) during the year to the equipment under contract
- Unlimited break-down calls to Kas Engineers
- Replacement of parts is free of cost if required (terms and conditions apply)
- A standby unit will be provided if the parts are not available in 3 days.
- Response time is 24 Hours.
